1. New customers - Please Print Out and Fill In a New Account/Credit Application Form

• Click on New Account: Credit Application Form
• Please fax or email to us, then post the original to our PO Box.

2. Download/Print Order Forms to Fax or Email

• Click on Order Form - Batteries, Cameras, Suncare, Razor Blades.
• Click on Stationery Order Form (1) - Penline, Luxor & Winlux stationery.
• Click on Stationery Order Form (2) - Tapes, Notepads, Exercise books, etc.
• Click on General Merchandise Order Form - Cutters, Wet weather, Globes and Air Fresheners.
• Click on Blank Order Form - For all items and wish list.
• Go to side bar and click on each product range for pictures to help with ordering.

3. Placing Orders

• Print order form/forms.
• Fill in your details; company name, delivery address, postcode, phone, fax, print name, and sign.
• Photocopy to save time then fill in quantities. Note: Quantities are best ordered in Per card or Piece quantities please.
• If you know you are ordering a "Special", please put the price and SP next to items; this helps to speed up your order.
• Check your order again then fax or scan to email.
• If it is urgent, please put urgent on the order form, and number of pages faxed.
• Minimum order requirements for Free Delivery is $150+GST for most CBD and some close by areas; if a delivery fee is charged for delivery we will phone you.
• Any requests please write on your order form.
• We can also put a suggested Prepac together to make it easier for you.
• Need help please phone, fax or email anytime.
• We will contact you before shipping with pricing and other information if required.
